I thought the m-MLE couldn't be a one year deal?

Aw man. :man10:

That's not what I wanted to hear.

Ouch, I did not expect that, thought it was for the minimum. Well, looks like we aren't getting any decent SG or SF now. Hello Sasha and welcome back Morris. :man11:

It's a solid pickup but the entire MMLE? So only have the vets min left? Are they gonna call up a bunch of d-leaguers for the rest of the roster space?

There's got to be an option I'm pretty sure. Maybe it's a team optioned second year?

Yeah that's true. Well hopefully we can get some guys like CDR, Sasha, and Goudelock for the minimum then.

Well we only have 10 guys on the roster (including Kelly/Sacre), it will definitely be interesting to see who we pick up. :man10:

Re Weezy and Doc-

:man10:

I'm thinking it's GOT to be Sasha and... I don't know of anyone else. :man10: Maybe CDR? He didn't even stick in Dallas though, so who knows? It'll be pretty fun watching them try to fill out a roster.

Maybe we trade Hill for a guard?

Uhh, we're giving this guy the mini MLE? wtf?
In the real world, the day Steph awoke at 9 a.m. to begin his Ustream show, Kobe Bryant probably awoke at the same time, even if it was 6 a.m. in California, and lifted weights.

Thoughts bounced around by Laker bloggers on Twitter..this could mean a Pau trade is coming to fill out the SG/SF rotation . We're ok in the PF/C depth we didnt need to spend so much to shore up that department

Ugh, I would have rather have had a Pau/Hill frontcourt and get something at SF with the mini-MLE.

Oh well - zero expectations next year.

Kobe would be maaad...
Maybe it's Hill. Lamar signs for the minimum. Hill traded for a SF. I don't know...

I don't understand this thought process. You can't have Kaman as your main big right now, so either the Lakers have found a package they like for Pau or they just want to tank (if they do trade him).

your kidding me right. It sound like we are only giving this guy a veteran's minimum deal and your complaining??? :freak2:

This is a great signing for the pure value of hit considering what we have to pay.

Edit.... now its for the Mini MLE, darn it, well I hope the 2nd year is a team option then, which I am sure it is.

It's likely the mini-midlevel not the veteran's minimum.
