Better handles, starting to penetrate and dish, trying to go to the hole & may get better, playing with pretty decent speed & athleticism, making more confident passes, shooting the ball not badly and playing some decent defense. I actually was enjoying watching the growth in his game. Blake better watch out if this is an upward trend that continues next few months and is not just an isolated game.
It's true. I still think he'd be better off as a 2-guard. But it has to be said: Mike Brown has a strange, debilitating effect on point guards.
We didn't see it at first because Fisher was DONE anyway, and Blake still is/was shaky even with Phil.
But I don't believe Sessions was as bad as he was for us, and Nash was just the proof in the pudding. So Darius is probably better than what we've seen in the past season.
