^^^ Howard was all over him too walking off the floor. WTF, is he their whipping boy? Look in the mirror guys, especially Dwight. Yep that was nice to see. The bickering and finger pointing already.

Yea I was like WTH? Lin didn't play too bad this game. The Lakers made some bonehead plays and let Hou back in but Harden doing the dribble-dribble-dribble brick was one of the biggest problems they faced late. Oh and that little Dwight can't hit a freethrow thing too.
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

They really messed up not trading Asik.. It's too easy to put 1 of them on the line for them to play together & of course Asik is going to hit the bench to cater to Dwight's ego.. Really hurting his value right now.. Doubt they'll have much luck finding a team that wants to bail them out & let them complete their roster.. It definitely won't be a team in the West.. They're going to be stuck with this hand or accept a lowball offer & I love it.

I still don't get the Fakers nickname, it's got to be the stupidest insult in the NBA. We went to 7 Finals from 2000 to 2010 and we won 5, that's almost 80's Lakers level, what are we faking? Aside from that, it's hilarious to see Rockets fans realizing Howard has some terrible flaws, yet he never admits blame, and why we are glad he left.

I was with my cousins at BWW in Houston tonight. You guys should've seen everyone's reaction as I cheered on top my lungs when Blake hit that 3. Priceless.

Supposedly, Lin was supposed to switch onto Blake for that last Laker shot. Little did they know and if you watch the replay carefully....old wiley vet nash bear hugged Lin. Literally wrapped him up in a hug. If this was football, flags would have flown all over the place for offensive holding of the most egregious kind.

Thank god, NBA refs swallow their whistles for things like this come late game, final shot.

LA is the hotbed of plastic surgery, or so the world thinks. Also full of "actors" or fakers. It is juvenile and immature, and doesn't bother me in the least. I'd compare it to LA fans calling the Kings "Queens" ala Shaq. Or calling Howard "coward"

• Who do we hate?
• Who are we trading?
• Which calls cost us the game?
• How much did we overpay for _____

Thanks in advance

Howard's mystic is more a product of a great team built around him in Orlando and a coach that knew how to coach.... He's an athlete that refuses to learn the game.

Absolutely great reactions to read, Legendary. My goodness, do the Rockets fans actually believe Howard's free-throw shooting will improve at this point? It's only been declining each and every year and it's unlikely to improve (as we've seen first-hand last year).

Of course, when we lose, it's "our fault", but likely when they win, it was "my play". Never will learn, Howard's FT shooting single-handedly cost them the game yet again.

Dwight Howard might still be the best center in the NBA, but thats by default. There aren't any top tier centers to challenge him. Bynum could have if he wasn't so injury prone.

Howard will never have the skills Shaq had around the basket. His value is defense and rebounding. His points are mostly putbacks or a good pass from penetration by a ball handler.

He's a liability late in close games because of his free throw shooting. How can he be a superstar if he's a liability in crunch time? He should not be the offensive focus. He doesn't have the skill set for that. Can he accept a role of defender/rebounder and defer to others on offense? Doubt it. I don't see Houston being a championship contender with their roster.

I'd say Hibbert is well on his way. Now that's a TRUE center.
