LOL, fans are going nuts. Kings fans are praying they blow it all up because the next string of championships has just been locked down (not just by us but also by Celts and others). This is just hilarious.

I wasn't going to watch a single game of this 9, now 8, game road trip. This trade definitely changed that.

I think the team that it affected most is the Pistons. They compete with Boston very well, are very familiar with the Spurs, and have the ability to beat anybody. Their chances have dwindled down significantly now if they make it out of the East (with only the Celtics and Magic to worry about).

Kings? haha!
Blazers? Can't say anything until we play them.
Spurs? We will figure them out easily.
Celtics? A huge team with daggers in Allen and Pierce, but we will figure them out as well.
Suns? Let's just say Amare's favorite target will return all favors as well as throw a few shots back in his face.

I've been singing the same song for a while now about acquiring a true PF and moving Lamar to his natural SF position. GAME OVER, NBA!!!!

I am having a fun time reading all these other teams boards. The word being thrown around the most to describe the lakers is "Scary".

Sadly, I can't make it to Charlotte, or the game here in Atlanta. :bang:

Oh, well, the Lakers are 0-2 when I'm there this year, anyway.

Other WC teams are scrambling right now. Cell phone bills are sky rocketing.

Mark Cuban is going to fly over to NJ and offer Kidd and the Nets FO stock options or something.

Go to the Fox Sports News article on this. The article there for some reason have a ton of comments from Bulls fans who are cursing Paxon's name for not getting Gasol.
