If KAJ can develop Bynum then Dwight would be crazy

this is crazy, they are pulling Chuck Hayes all over Dwight, 5 TO tonight. He can score only on Dunk's or one hook shot per game. And 4r for 40 minutes
something is wrong with Dwight.
Its like Dr. Buss is guarding the Celtic rim this second half. Nothings dropping

as oppose to possibly maxing out a guy with 2 bad knees thats still hasn't played this season yet? Wouldn't be much of a difference IMO, we would've lost Bynum anyways either we wouldn't risk paying him and someone else coming along and taking that risk and giving Bynum max.

Yeah but if Dwight leaves because LA is such a crap place to play in, then you are left with nothing.

To play devil's advocate, you could also start the rebuild now (knowing Bynum's current condition) than come up short in the post season, having howard bolt, and starting the rebuild then. Also, Bynum might not get even half of the max if he sits out this season.

I think with more minutes given to Hill and Jamison it should lower Pays minutes to 29-30 and Dwight's to 33-34 IMO. that should help both stay fresh bc they both look beat...proof in their rebounding tonight.
