I'd say the primary culprit of not giving Dwight a break is a lack of movement.
I've said this a few times.... the lack of movement without the ball is a product of having a bunch of former primary scorers on this team. Their entire careers to this point is having the offense centered around them. Moving without the ball is not "natural" to them. Nash is a ball dominant point guard.... he's not used to floating around the outside or cutting to the basket for opportunities..... he's used to having the ball.
A guy like Clark moves without the ball better than any of our "regulars".... because that is how he gets opportunities. Guys like Kobe and Pau don't do it that well because they have always been the ones with the ball looking for cutters etc. off their play.
Moving without the ball is nothing new for us..... remember the Bynum post ups? He'd get the ball and everyone would just stand and watch.... it became very easy to defend us.... just as it is this year.
