100% sure,he said he hopes to get a statue in L.A someday as well, he experiences the Kareem statue, will experience the Shaq jersey retirement, has experienced the weather, the life, not only of L.A, but of Staples Center & being a Laker in general, SLAM magazine cover, Sports Illustrated cover, VMA appearance, Dwight Howard day, no way he leaves...I'm 100% sure...not to mention the money & a chance to win & learn more form the best...

Did you see the post-game interview? It was the same thing, woman asked him a question, he joked his way through it, she was not amused and replied, "ok, but seriously did you notice a difference" or something like that (asked him about the difference tonight with 'Antoni being on the bench). :man10: He didn't even answer, he's like "I don't know, but uh we did play well tonight " and went on to completely change the subject and give the standard post game answers. Then he started singing again like 2 questions later ha ha.

I love Dwight, but he has got to stop being so rude & answer some questions with some seriousness at least...

She was bating him. And if a reporter is trying to bate you into saying something that some ahole editor will blow out on the front cover of a newspaper, you treat that lady or guy like a slap, the way Dwight did. That stupid (bleep) knows the answer to the question but wants to hear it from Dwight. Well, Dwight responded nicely the first time and she still came back and then he ignored it. Good. Of course the game game was better then when Mike Brown was there, the hell do you think they are 5-1 since he has been gone and should have gone 6-0 not for a damn nobody making a game winner when he will never do it again.

She asked if it was different having D'Antoni in the sidelines rather than not, first he responds by joking saying it was amazing how D'Antoni was jumping all over the place, almost sounded sarcastic, then she says seriously Dwight how did it feel? Then he gives her a look & says its cool but we players had a great game...rude.

They look rushed, remember how Dwight got those 10 second calls in Orlando sometimes for taking too long? The free throws just seemed very rushed.

Apart from the free-throws though, Dwight is looking more like Dwight each game :jam2:
let's see how he responds on a back 2 back tonight

A little early for this isn't it?

Top contending team with 3 guaranteed HOFers.
Ownership by far more committed to winning than any other.
5 year 120mil contract compared to 4 years and 90mil
Dwight loves his celebrity and is a great tv personality. No town even comes close to LA for this.
Who plops down $20 million on a house here if there is a chance they might bail next summer, you rent.
Of his other destinations on his previous short list, Brooklyn is a closed door now and Dallas can't compete with LA in ANY respect.
The LA life, weather, beaches, endless things to do.

Slam Dunk.

I think as long as we keep winning and he enjoys playing in this system, he stays. Hopefully Nash will come back and make his life on the court even easier.

Why not just rely on your defense? They are a very good defensive team. Even if e only gets 1 out of 2 that's still a free point basically.

Nets aren't a great defensive team. I think they're average at best.

They decided to play the numbers game. Dwight was sucking, and they're not that good defensively. Dwight was 3/10 in the 4th quarter so it worked. That lead died when Metta hit a 3 and they gave Dwight that open dunk.

I was worried when Potato was still at the helm. But Dwight seems happy now, and he's not walking away from 20 million to join The Rockets, Sixers, or Hawks.

We'd have to really drop the ball in the playoffs for Dwight to walk away IMO.

Anyways, I thought this was pretty funny. Sorry if posted.

Only 4 shots and 4 free throws...either he was tired or we just didnt do a good enough job of getting him the ball in good areas. Even when he doesnt have many shot attempts, he should always have a good amount of free throw attempts.

Phisically and mentally OUT of it. Passive as F. He kept passing the ball out, even on single coverage. Not moving nearly enough.
That flagrant foul was just retarded

He looked like he was out of gas. Didn't bring his usual effort although he still rebounded ok.

I hope it's just a question of getting his conditioning back.

Otherwise, it's not a good sign when your youngest starter is gassed on the second night of a back-to-back.

That was just bad. I don't know if he wanted the ball and wasn't getting it, or didn't fight hard enough to get it, but he was not involved. I would like to think our supposed future franchise player would never have nights this bad.

No... no.... if you dig deep enough into the stats he "held Cousins to 1-7 shooting".... he's the Hero... Pau made Dwight lethargic, slow and disinterested tonight.... I was just told so in two other threads... so it must be true...... :man10:
