I think Dwight should not waste his time trying to change Kobe Bryant, 17 seasons, he is who he is. When Kobe is frustrated with how the team is playing, he shows it, he expects more, he expects to win, he expects everyone to play as hard as him. Dwight said he wanted Kobe to be tough on him, he said he wanted to not laugh and smile so much on the court, well then let Kobe be tough on you, and get tougher yourself. It's not a time to be patient, it's a time to turn this around right now. I don't see Kobe getting frustrated as them not 'staying together', he's still reduced his shots per game to 16, he's playing as well as I've seen in a long time, and maybe as efficiently as he's ever played (27 PPG on 16 or so shots, 56% shooting, 43% on 3's, 91% on free throws). Dwight has to learn, or really he should have known, that's just Kobe.
