his 3pt shot has left him, D is rather meh too, of the few times he was matched up on Boozer, Boozer just abused him, isn't Clark taller and bigger then MWP? MWP pwnd Boozer today defensively.

^^^^ MWP is a lot stronger than Clark ... Earl has been posted up by the likes of Joe Johnson ...

Metta is probably stronger than every PF in the league , minus Ginger

First, like everyone said, MWP is alot stronger than Earl.

Second, MWP is alot wiser at playing angles and reading what guys will do next. Earl doesn't have that defensive instinct yet.

Earl reacts....while MWP anticipates. That comes with experience.

ya probably you are right. He still sucks at playing basketball. He can't run, constantly makes dumb decisions with the ball, can't handle the ball, can't hit wide open shots.

His usefulness these days is reduced to his quick left hand that he uses about twice a game. Sometimes he is useful against guys like Elton Brand, Boozer etc...those undersized bully PFs. But he is too slow for wing players and too small for 7 footers.

Earl Clark told me his ankle was OK, that he'll "be all right" for Friday at Indy. It stiffened up on him at halftime.

He was limping pretty badly in the game.

Two ankles in one game. These dudes were tired from the night before.

Somewhere, someone out there has Laker voodoo dolls. Yeah, I know it's nuts but I might as well throw it out there.

His shot has left the building, but his hustle is still there, I think he can get back to at least close to what he was giving us if he keeps getting the time. Only 9 or 10 minutes tonight though, he's lost his spot to Pau and Pau is not looking like he's earning that time sadly.

Pau will be complaining for more soon enough. Earl takes getting demoted to starting to getting demoted like nothing is wrong.

dude still goes out and gives everything no matter how many minutes while pau sulks if hes not starting and publicly complains. bench pau and start this guy again. flow, movement, energy, chemistry, defense, offense, attitude, everything was better that way.

Really....we should give a rat's behind whether Pau sulks or not. He's gone this off-season anyways. Why do we bother catering to him?

I can't fathom a reason....wait....Antoni prefers offensive guys. Recall how J.Hill rode the pine once Antoni took over for Bernie.

Antoni = you can't shoot, you can't play. Who cares if you are a glue/hustle guy that every team needs.

This. I don't understand why this is the way it's been working. Why just give Pau those minutes that he hadn't earned and isn't physically ready for?

Clark should still start. Pau should still be our big off the bench.

if pau is starting than id want clark out there bc on defense clark will at least make pau look a little better. kobe on 3's and meeks out there is just gunna be drives past meeks into pau or wide open 3's bc kobe leaves them.

at least with clark you knew hed make smart plays, hit midrange, and even some 3's, defense, rebound, and play within himself. worked well with nash too....i think a lot better than meeks imo.

blake meeks jamison works well together. nash clark dwight works well together. why change that....especially so late in the season? dantoni is an idiot

mike brown made stupid choices but at least it was based on stats....dantoni just makes stupid choices without reason

Poor Clark, did nothing today. Pau played well though.

Hey Pau played well today, we didn't need as much from Earl.

But for 13 minutes he gave us energy and work. Can't ask for much more than that.

It's tough to play 13 minutes and for your play to be that forgettable. I can't bring to memory a single second of Clark out there on the court tonight. He's got to find a way to do more, even if it's not scoring, because we don't have a starting SF anymore this season.

EDIT: Take that back. I do recall a clanked long range two from the left side.
