This is the main reason I hope the Pau for Josh Smith thing comes back up for discussion. Doesn't have to be Josh but you add any elite defensive PF or tweener & we get really tough to score on. Earl has SO much potential as a defender.. Smith works great because he can play both positions so he still works when Jordan Hill comes back. Dwight/Earl/Smith/Hill/Artest. That's some scary defensive depth & all but 1 of them are young. We could go from a much criticized defense to one of the best in the league next season.
We'd need a young, quick PG to make that work offensively (fast breaks) and I don't know that we could find one.Chillbongo wrote:We should stick him on Pierce.
