Gasol and Kobe days are over

Gasol and Kobe days are over

We can't have two old guys as the core of the team. Gasol and Kobe both had a great run but at this age the lack of defense and quickness need to be broken up. You can save the spurs this the spurs that. Fact is Timmy d is one of the best defenders of all time( underrated) and Gasol doesn't have that skill, and tony Parker is in his prime. We are committed to Kobe for 2 years so the odd man out is gasol. We need to get return on investment before we lose an asset for nothing. Players who would I would like to retain or under contract over an older Kobe

C
???, ???? Sacre 3rd string
PF
????, Kelly,

SF
WesJ, Henry

Sg
Kobe, Swaggy P, maybe Manny Harris back

PG
Exum, Marshall

Not to sure if Farmar, J Hill will come back for cheap again. Meeks and Kaman will likely go to other teams for a better role. This is a loaded draft and we can get your assets in 2014 if we trade gasol for a first rounder perhaps the suns for okafur and first. In the draft Exum and an forward Aaron Gordon or Kyle Amderson type. Sign emaka or Bynum to a one year deal. Fire mike D bring in Stan van gundy. Sign K Love and Durant in 2015 and 2016. Badda bing badda boom we will have a young exciting talented team moving forward
Howard Gasol
Clark Hill
MWP
Kobe Meeks
Nash Duhon
Playoff rotation! Bring Casspi or Ariza back home for a Title Run Mitch!!!

oh this is such a unique thread :jam2:  :jam2:
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.
