H: Earl, great defense against Dirk, played hard
Z: Blake, sloppy with the ball in the 4th

Some of you guys realize that just because Jodie didn't shoot well and Blake had a few bad turnovers that Jamison gave literally no other statistical help besides 4 points on 2-7 shooting right? Going 0-4 from deep?

In the end Blake still had 11 points 5 rebounds 1 assist and 1 steal. And Meeks had 8 points 6 rebounds 3 assists and a steal.

^ I gave Blake the Zero becuase I thought his early turnovers in the 4th helped fuel that dallas run. He got flustered a bit too easily early on in the 4th. Yes he recovered and so did the team but I expect better control from the young fella. The big thing was the 4 TO's to 1 Ast. I expect better from Twan too but Blake is the head of the train right now so he got the Z instead of Twan.
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

I guess so, but at least he contributed something. Sure he made his mistakes, but Tawn didn't do much of anything last night.

Twan was off for sure but he played only 17 minutes while Blakester play 38. Yea Twan didn't give us much out there but he is asked to give us the "extra". With Nash out Blakester is asked to give us the "it" of a starter. As one of his biggest supporters I am not giving him a Zero saying he had a horrible game but more so that he can't have a stretch of mistakes like he had in the fourth. We are counting on him to much and up till that stretch he has delivered. Truth be told, with a 20 point win I usually don't give any Zero's.

I get it, I just think people aren't really looking at Jamison's game at all. :man10:

Was his thread bumped after this game? Even in 17 minutes he's got to give us more than 4 points on poor shooting.

^I think it is because Twan is considered the "extra" on the side in most fans minds. I thought he had a forgettable game for sure. Of course he seems to play his best on the road which is something we will need if we make the playoffs.

I think it might have been because Clark had such a great game. It kind of overshadowed any struggles at that position.

hero: pau...just a really stellar game from him. came out from the tip really assertive and aggressive. HM earl clark, but a few too many turnovers
zero: meeks and blake can fight over this one...i'll go with meeks though cuz at least blake had a key three and a few nice passes

Hero: Bench Mob of Clark/Jamison. Both hustled their butts off, gave us great energy and production off the bench -- 26 & 10
Zero: Meeks. Only one made bucket and missed all 4 of his threes. If you're not hitting your 3s you're contributing nothing out there. If was all he screwed up on, zero award would have gone to Blake...but it wasn't. Meeks played some embarrassing D. As soon as his man got the ball, he should have automatically been awarded 2 points. Save everyone the time of actually watching the trainwreck of him getting trashed on D.

Yeah this
"The first time I ever saw my uniform hanging in the locker I put it on right away, and it just felt like I was putting on golden armour. From that day forward, I just called it 'the golden armour', it just felt like there was something mystical and magical about it" - Kobe Bryant.
