For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

Hero: I didn't feel there was any. Pau was great but sucked when the Pistons made their run and had a couple of terrible plays. Clark missed 2 key FTs.
Zero: Kobe maybe. Started out looking to pass first (we didn't hit that many shots so he only got 5 assists), and when he tried to score he looked out of rythm and ineffective. His D wasn't really good.

Clark is my hero of the game evne though he missed the clutch free throws, he had several other key plays throughout and still showed that level of competency and hustle for every minute he was on the floor that most of the team only shows in spurts.

Hero: I think Clark should get the Hero vote. He continues to impress, he was key to our victory. Was consistent throughout the night and played very good D on Lopez late in the game.
Kobe was very good too, his shot wasn't really there but that was to be expected with his elbow injury (plus being guarded by Wallace), he played great D, rebounded the ball & had a couple of very key plays (that dunk was SICK).
Nash was awesome too.

Hero: Think I have to go with Clark, he was hitting shots all game, he was the only one scoring in the 2nd quarter with the bench, brought us back during that stretch instead of seeing their lead grow. Nash and Kobe were right there too though, could have been any of them.

Please back to the topic of this thread, it's about Lakers players who played good/bad. And the previous comment is only focusing on ONE PLAY. I felt confused that is this another Kobe thread. :man3:
