H: I gotta go with Twan. Yes, Dwight put up a near 20/20 but Twan was great all around.
Z: Everyone in the 3rd quarter. Wow, 9 points. Yes, Kobe wasn't aggressive on his shot so that wasn't good either.
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

Hero: Jamison & Dwight
Zero: Kobe for being one track minded in only passing and if i can read what hes gunna do so can the d and thus 8 TO's.

Metta started off strong and really got us going making a bunch of shots, bu the dude has to make better decisions on the fast break. if nash is there give it to him...chances are you'll get it back. and enough with that wade up and over layup even if its wide open the ball barely goes in. gotta be smarter but did play well considering how he has been. that charge call was iffy...lebron did that to nash and got the blocking call. metta does it and its a charge

Balance Kobe, balance. It's a hard thing to do, I know, but that's why they pay you the big bucks buddy.

Has Kobe ever had a game in his career where his TO equaled his FGA? What a weird game. An anomaly for sure.

Hero: Jamison and Dwight. Both were great.
Zero: Sorry, Kobe. What was that about? :man10:

H: Dwight, that's what I want to see. He played both sides of the ball last night and boarded. Great game.
Z: Kobe. wtf was he on.

Yep.

Ron gave us a nice streak of scoring in the 2nd quarter and was clutch with some steals.

I don't know why anyone is mentioning him here. 17/8 with 4 steals and a block. I can live with his putrid shooting if he gets 4 steals, hits timely buckets, and doesn't turn the ball over like a pancake.

I'm gonna be the odd ball out (sarcasm) and pick Kobe as the hero 20 points 7-13 from the field, 11 assists 5 rebounds.

zero is Nash because he just wasn't what he could have been tonight.

Hero - Nash and Clark

Zero - Artest - he chucked almost every time he touched the ball. Was like 1 for 8. And got torched by pierce for a bit.

Hero: Dr. Buss
Zero: No one, we blasted our biggest and oldest rivals in the first game without Jerry.

I saw Nash as the zero before realizing it was an older post :man10:

Hero: Howard
Zero: Kobe (although I'd rather pick no one)

H: Nash for the way he ran the offense and took his open looks
Z: Kobe.... he looks hurt again. Shot is beyond flat and short.... Knee?

You should pick no one as the zero then, it's not like we're counting these :man10:

H: Howard. HM: Nash & Clark.

Hero - Dwight

Zero - nobody. How in the world could Kobe be the zero with the defense he played, the intensity and hustle he brought, and the assists he dished out, while still adding 16 points? That 3rd quarter alone was enough to not be the zero.

For the bad shooting. Other than that, he was key in assisting guys.

Metta shot poorly as well, but hit timely 3's.

Clark is just it. Just the s***. Guy does not give up. He was all over the place with the boards. ALL over. Jordan Hill status....5 offensive boards.
