You are soooooooo right. I mean it doesn't matter that he never went to college nor that the college game is more about passing the ball around the perimeter for an entire shot clock and then shooting. Who cares though because that garbage is horrible and stupid in all its glory. We won't make the playoffs with him playing the way he plays or even a Championship as long as he is a Laker. That Kobe is a stupid head for sure.
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

Might be the only time I ever do that. 33 shots? Not a winning formula. A great 3rd quarter, and a great 3pt shot to give us a chance. Other than that, his game (and the rest of the team's) was garbage.

Lets not go crazy, Howard was 5-9 tonight, he was 7-13 last game, that's not a huge difference in shot attempts. The difference was the Magic gave him 20 free throws on purpose and he made 16 (25 overall), the Hawks didn't do that.

You can't argue with someone who admits he doesn't watch the games.

I agree.
I would argue that he should've been to the line at least on 5 or 6 of those 33 shots, but still, way too much ISO ball.

Can't believe Nash went 4-14 and missed to wide open layups either.

Yeah there were a couple plays in particular (the one where he stared down the ref) which I was surprised he didn't get the call for.

The ISO thing isn't just a Kobe issue either IMO. Yes, he's the worst perpetrator (IMHO), but, there are games where it's like players just take turns doing it by themselves dribbling around seemingly purposelessly while everyone stands around watching them take an awkward shot (MWP is the second worst perpetrator of this, again, IMHO).

Let's take all of those possessions and just dump them in to Dwight and 50% of the time he isn't fouled it'll be a basket and that's a much better percentage.

+1 I can't believe after these past couple years that I would ever be saying this but Hero: Steve Blake!!

Meeks gets the zeros but the refs were complete and utter garbage.
