Jordan deserves the start, but I wish Pringles would just settle on a rotation. From night to night you never know who's going to start, and its not all because of injury.

Hill's been working his butt off. He's not the most talented but talent isn't always what is needed. My only gripe is that he has got to hit his free throws. He limits what we can do on offense when he's in there and compounds that when he misses free points.

Give me two more of him and one less of either Young, Pau or Nash at this point.

Big fan of what Hill is bringing for us so far this season. But yes, hit your free throws. 35% is beyond unacceptable.

Player of the game along with Blake IMO. No reason for him not to continue to start, we need that energy in the starting lineup, we get it from plenty of guys on the bench already.

Agreed. I also like the insertion of Johnson at the 3 where he belongs.

Good game...as usual, energy, rebounding, defense, and off the pick & roll, he rolled aggressively with a purpose...and I agree, LJ. I liked Wesley at the 3. It gives us more athleticism, quicker frontcourt, and better defense & rebounding, IMO.

I think Jordan Hill should continue to start, this guy bring so much energy into the startling lineup that we lack, not to mention Hill-Pau is a good front court pair-up.

Yep it was good to see. I wouldn't mind Nick Young at the 2 either, but if Meeks keeps playing this well then he's alright in the starting lineup.

Jordan has quickly become one of my favorite guys on the squad. Not the most talented player out there, but man does he have energy!

Also, from when he first got here to now, I feel as if he's a much more competent player and worthy starter for sure.

It's a great balance to have him in with Pau and the starters as J. Hill is an offensive rebounding machine and Pau is doing really good work on the defensive glass this year. Together - great combo. Williams isn't much of a rebounder and was most often hanging around the three point line on offense so that was really hurting us in that department. Add Johnson in that mix of the starters and we are really talking about boards with the starters which is great to see.

On top of all this, I have to say I'm really pleasantly surprised at how well Jordan Hill is running the pick and roll this year! I didn't know he was this good at it. He's built solid chemistry with both Jordan Farmar and Steve Blake in the P and R. It's great to see in the starting unit as they were getting so stagnant with that old lineup.

You know what, I know it's typical to bash Jim Buss here, and I have done my share especially when it comes to HIRING COACHES :bang:. However, credit where credit is due - which I have done here as well when it comes to Jim - I remember him talking about how much he liked Hill and had his eye on him for the Lakers. I think we should be crediting Jim as well as Mitch for picking up Hill. In an interview I heard him talking about both J. Hill and Ramon Sessions as guys he was high on. He had a hand in picking up both, and I liked both of them. So as far as personnel decisions, Jim continues to get a thumb's up from me.

Make Jordan a starter every game. How hard is it to comprehend that he is working is tail off?

If it's the case that jimmy is the reason Hill is here, then jimmy deserves credit. But, his coach doesn't like Hill, who is one of the few players on this team of any value.

Well, we like Hill. And if we don't get Hill, MDA hears it. Once MDA hears it, he'll get Mike Brown'd.

Which is why you benched him for most of the season so far. More run around answers from D'Antoni. :freak2:

This actually explains why he was benching Hill. They were trying to develop other talents besides known talented people and decided to work on projects like Pau and Kaman!

well he is a monster on the boards. honestly id go as far to say one of the best if not the best rebounder in the league right now per minutes played esp on the offensive glass. love his production and constant energy. denver was gonna be a loss regardless historically but i like what hill is bringing and seems to be out of his FT slump.
