LOL. I'm glad Horace is back but that does make us a very old team. There was a thread that talked about the new nick name for this team and a few suggestions were made but right now the only one I can think of that fits is Jurassic. :man10:

Well, the Lakers added a FA today. Many are complaining that we aren't getting younger, but I object. When Mailman Malone, at the ripe ol' age of 40, needs a breather, P.J. will turn and call young 38 yr. old Ho' Grant. The youth movement has arrived!

horace grant does nothing for the club

Postby nosebleedbum on Tue Jul 29, 2003 12:15 pm

he'll get his release paper after hobbling around the court missing easy layups. Tell me you don't remember that. We were so desperate we signed samaki. Horace just an older version of madsen and walker. Besides, if the lakers are serious about putting a dream team together they should make it legit.

Trade for Hakeem.

I think toronto is still paying him to be retired but that can be worked out. Just as long as we're collecting geriatric player, might as well make it a true HOF lineup.
