Not counting on both Blake and Nash to stay healthy all the time. Think both of the older PG's will need their minutes limited to preserve them for the entire season. So that's an opportunity for Farmar to step up.
And I wouldn't be too surprised to find out the Lakers were trying to move Blake.
Blake wouldn't be a bad expiring contract for a team that needs a quality PG - not a great PG, but a decent one. They might be looking to move him with the Farmar signing, maybe to get a SF?
Utah needs a backup PG after trading away Foye and not retaining Mo and they have a logjam ish @ SF/SG with Burke, Hayward, Carroll, Williams and a few others. Rush would be ideal target for us, expiring but risky due to his season ending knee injury last season.
