I don't like Farmar as much as many of you guys seem to.
He's not bad, and physically he's obviously a step up from Nash and Blake, but I just don't like watching him in half-court sets.
He doesn't read P&Rs well.. He doesn't seem to be comfortable when the pace is slowed down and defenses are set up.
I know Nash is banged up, can't play D and is shooting a very poor % for his standards (though shooting that'll correct itself with time IMO).. but I think he's still a better PG, in the pure sense.
Farmar may be a better choice when we play a faster pace, but if it's crunch time and we need clear, clean offensive play -- Farmar's not the guy.
"The first time I ever saw my uniform hanging in the locker I put it on right away, and it just felt like I was putting on golden armour. From that day forward, I just called it 'the golden armour', it just felt like there was something mystical and magical about it" - Kobe Bryant.
