Nope. Reminds me of this year's Cowboys. :man5:

Get out of here with your stupid Cowboys man.

What's your problem? It's a comparison. Relax.

The way that you bring the Cowboys into the majority of your posts annoys me.

Ignore my posts then.

wow. this sucks. earl clark though can be a solid "jordan hill" for us off the bench. but honestly this guy was our motor and energy guy. no big brought it harder than him every game. hes gunna be missed. this would happen this season! one of the best offensive rebounders in the game and we wont have him when we need him most. pau clark and jamison better step up big for him...

Sad that our season depends on the health of Jordan Hill...............Even if we had a healthy D12 and Pau, sadly it would still be the case.

The Lakers have until January 15 to request a disabled players exception for Jordan Hill. If granted the team
would gain an exception worth half of Jordan's $3.56 million salary. So $1.78 million that can be used to sign a player outright - although it can only be used on a one-year deal.

Addtionally it can be used in trade - the Lakers would be able to acquire a player making up to $1.88 million without sending any salary out - although by new rules, the player coming in can only be on a one-year deal.

There's no guarantee the team applies for it - no guarantee the league grants it - but if the Lakers were interested, they only have a few days to put it in.

Man that's a serious blow to an already weak bench. :bang: I agree with the other posts, Clark has been a surprise but he is no Jordan Hill who is by far the best offensive rebounder on this team. At this point feels like this season is disintegrating faster than a snowball in hell.

“I feel like I let down the team,” said Hill. “I let down the fans.”
According to the Lakers, Hill was examined by team doctor Steve Lombardo and hip specialist Dr. Jason Snibbe Friday and underwent an anthrogram test. The test revealed “loose fragments in addition to a possible labral tear” in the hip, which will require surgery, the team said.
Hill was hurt Sunday against the Denver Nuggets at Staples Center.
“Andre Miller drove baseline and Kobe [Bryant], trying to go back and guard him, he accidentally stepped on my foot,” he said. “Like, I stayed in one spot but my hip kept going. It kind of pulled the joint out.”
Hill will get a second opinion before setting a date for the procedure but he noted it’s inevitable.
“I definitely need surgery. It’s definitely mandatory,” said the Lakers forward/center. “I have fragments floating around that need to be out.”
The recovery period should take all the way through to the summer.

I feel sorry for him. He didn't let the team down. He gave everything he had every time he stepped onto the floor. I wasn't sure he was worth the money we paid him in the summer, but he proved me wrong.

Hill in no way, shape, or form let the team down. He is probably the only one on the team that brought it offensively and defensively every night.

One of the few that made this team bearable to watch. Every player on the team should look at Hill and realize you don't need touches or need to play at a certain spot on the floor to impact the game in a big way.

Agreed with other posters that said Jordan didn't let the team down; he was one of the only few highlights this season. He gave it is all out there on the court. WTS, I pray his surgery goes well & his rehabilitation...

^Surgery means he's out for 6 months. So, he's really done for the season.

Man... Can you imagine a consistent rotation with him, Clark, and a more motivated Dwight on the floor? There'd be no rebounds for anyone else and the defense would be outstanding...
