Jordan Hill Discussion: Struggling in the new season

Jordan Hill's agent says Wolves "absolutely" still in hunt for his client, in a group of teams that's "getting smaller by the day"

Jerry Zgoda ‏@JerryZgoda

Hill's agent says no decision made, despite Jordan's vague "I made my decision" tweet yesterday. Maybe he meant flapjacks over waffles

Jerry Zgoda ‏@JerryZgoda

Jordan Hill's agent says a decision "could be finalized tonight or it could be a few more weeks."

^ "Tonight or in a few weeks"

haha Which is it? Doesn't leave much room for in between, might as well just say you don't know when he will make up his mind.

Meaning - he could be packaged with Drew tonight or it could take a few more weeks for the Dwight thing to play out.

I like Hill, but I would rather sign and trade him for a wing player like Rush or Derek Williams - package him with Glock and a second round pick or two.

I'm sure the Lakers aren't even talking to his camp right now.... not until Princess Howard stops holding us hostage....

He'll probably sign somewhere else while we are waiting.....

Amazing how this guy went from being a scrub to hot commodity in a matter of months. He benefited greatly from the playing alongside Gasol/Bynum.

Why bother? You could have just started a new thread on the same topic. :man13:

If there's nothing in the local newspapers, blogs, twitter, or the newspapers of the teams after him, then chances are nobody here knows anything new either.

J-Hill has the same agent as Nash. I thought we would've had a deal by now for him. I wonder whats taking so long

I think Mitch is looking out for Scola/Brand/Jamison before Hill.

Those guys would have a better offensive impact for us off the bench, but having both won't hurt.

We have J. Hill's partial bird rights too.

it's called $$$$$$$$$$$$

Jordan wants to get the most possible dollars... can't blame him at all.

I hope we resign him and add Jamison. Very good back ups. I also wouldn't mind Kenyon as a replacement

He needs to be re-signed. Perfect backup at the 5. I will be disappointed if Mitch doesn't do it.

Would be a nice, cheap back up. I'd say ink him to a 3 yr deal...i think one of these stupid teams end up offering more though and he might jump at that...but he should know that if we deal Pau, he has a very good chance to start at the 4.

Hill for Brandon Rush. Rush can be a scorer off the bench at the 2 and 3.

He did quite a while ago. I remember retweeting it. I guess he is leaving his options open for now.

Jordan Hill come on man! You would match up well against Ibaka!

Imagine if we landed
Jamison, Hill
Grant Hill, OJ Mayo and Nate Robinson ... Whoa
