If you actually read my first post quoting him, i have absolutely ZERO issue with the picture itself so I don't know why people acting like I or others were offended by it, I have no idea where that came from.

This game should've been a blowout. Thanks to the "we MUST run Kobe iso's to end the game" offense, we let them crawl back in it. But hey, as long as Kobe gets to be the hero after we let them back in it, it's totally ok!

Efficient, made a couple of errant passes but generally let the game come to him. Good game, Kobe.

Doberman - That wasnt even close to being the issue tonight. Now a lot of the time it may be but tonight, thats you looking for something that wasnt there.

I wanted Kobe to shoot more tonight. I don't think the team would have had that 4th quarter scare if he had shot a couple more times.

Only 35 minutes for Kobe tonight and had 24/7/3 on efficient shooting. He really shouldn't have had to play that many minutes either if we could keep a lead.

Funny you mention that. I actually have worked on many of the NBA spots over the past few years, & YES, I think they're doing a fantastic job. I work on the music for some of these spots. (we actually wrote the tracks for the current Kobe, Durant & Dirk "Big" commercials)

I'm not sure if Kobe's shot went in at the end or not, but that's not really the point. The entire sequence is beautiful... That being said, if you watch the Rondo "Big" spot, I do know that the baseline was chopped out of the bottom of the picture because the ball was clearly out of bounds, but it's really about the unyielding effort of the play. Check it out:
