I don't mind Refs throwing T's when players curse them out or swing their arms at them (as the new rule states). However, I have issue when a player getting a T when the player is not targeting the ref, is trying to walk away and has a momentary burst but is moving on. OJ Mayo's T from the other night comes to mind. Dwight got a T for yelling "He is grabbing my arm man". The refs are to manage the game not influence it which has been what happens with this calls/no-calls and these quick T's. Officiating has to much of a hand in the game in my opinion.
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.
