Shoots over 51% when left open?
Yeah, since when is Kobe Bryant left open, though? LOL

It's funny, because all the haters keep bashing Kobe's FG percentage and say how inefficient he is, but when Kobe actually gets an open shot (which he usually makes), the haters are like "WTF?! Of all people, how could you leave Kobe open"? ha ha

When he plays with Pau+Dwight, and Nash is handling the ball. :man9:

Honestly, I think teams would be better off leaving Kobe open, than leaving Howard or Nash open... they shoot an even higher percentage. :man10:

It's really strange when you think about it: Kobe is a monster when he gets an open mid-range shot, but then... Nash can shoot that same % for 3. :man3:

I just loved that Spider Man quote Kobe said at the end and it doesn't matter how cheesy Kobe thinks it is, it really does fit perfectly with who he is.

Since I'm known to dislike and say mean things about Vanessa, I figured I'd post this and finally give her a compliment. She looks cute here, and seems like she has finally began eating healthy and/or working out. Looks like she lost some weight...lol

So I've been checking Operation Sports for some updates on NBA 2K13, and I came across a thread featuring a video made by someone comparing Kobe and MJ using NBA 2K12 footage. And man, I've never seen so many people totally clueless about the game of basketball. I'm gonna assume that most of them are kids who have been brainwashed into putting MJ on a pedastal that no other player in history could climb to.

Exactly. So many people will never ever give up MJ's title and they just hate Kobe so much because they know he is so close to Mike. What also bugs the crap out of me is when young people try to argue MJ over Kobe and i'm like you've never even seen Mike play except on Space Jam or when he was a wizard so they have no arguement. lol

I wasn't even arguing that Kobe is better, I was simply stating that the two can be compared! That's all I was trying to say and they acted like I attacked their religions.

Just a little stat o the day
https://twitter.com/forumbluegold/status/246706532090249217

Interesting: Last yr. 31% of Kobe's crunch time shots came w/ less than 5 seconds left on the shot clock. LeBron 20%. Durant 14%. Melo 11%.

Just like 2004, we basically are glued to halfcourt trying to find our big guys the ball down low and we work the clock and we give it to Kobe too late in the clock as an escape valve.
