(The first thing that hardcore Laker fans will notice about Kobe's tweets that Mr. Bryant didn't take the Mamba Chopper to Staples Center last night.)
After his brilliant performance against the T-Wolves (33 pts, 5 rb, 5 ast, 2stls in 3 quarters of play), the Mamba dominated what seems like a Bottle of Wine after sitting in traffic on his way back to his Newport Beach home.
He comments that his new nickname is "Vino", which is the Italian word for "wine".
It took the internet 11 hours to decode the Mamba's message, here are some of the clever responses from /r/NBA and Twitter:
"I thought he meant "the8speed" as in how fast he was when he wore #8. As opposed to 24 when he said to call him the Mamba."
"He's saying he can go faster than the speed of light.
He expresses his speed as "(the8)speed + VinoxMamba"
This is not correct, of course, because relativistic speeds don't add linearly (except maybe in Kobe's case). His notation is strange, I think (the8) is a typo rather than standing for theta. VinoxMamba is most likely the initially velocity of the Mamba in the x direction (He combines two notations for initial velocity, though...'i' or 'no' would have been sufficient).
After all of this, it's just self-congratulation at his knowledge of physics."

@kobebryant the older you get the finer you get...like wine...do I have to get in how the grapes make the wine or?
@ImperfectGemini no but how does it relate to Einstein theory of relativity?
And finally, the Mamba finally gave us the true answer:

Kobe Bryant is basically saying the Black Mamba gets better with age, just like wine. #Vino
