I don't think Dwight will ever be a good free throw shooter. He's in the same mold as Wilt and Shaq. Best I can see him at is 65% or so. I know he shot around that his rookie season but he didn't shoot nearly as many free throws back then.

well it seems all the great centers minus Kareem Can't make their free throws conistantly eg Wilt & Shaq, But I'm Sure Like Shaq Dwight will get Better over time

Off the top of my head I can only think of two big men who constantly shot at least 80%, which is Yao and DIrk. The problem is big men who are really bad free throw shooters(40-50%) usually remain that way for the rest of their careers. They might improve but never to the point where they are decent (+75%). Only player I can think of who made a significant jump was Karl Malone.
