Well it's one of those things, you'll never know because he wasn't there. But of course he would have made a difference...

Major difference... We can't change the hands of times, this happened for a reason... and we as fans can accept this.

What happened was the best for our team's mental health and for our commitment to excellence. what happened was meant to happen and I think it will only make us stronger.

Having Fox in the lineup against the Spurs would have help. It seems like our guys was a step slower. Probably from the depleted bench with Fox not playing and Devean becoming a starter.

I agree with Snake, that if Horry made that 3, Game 6 would have been a different story. That series is summed up by that shot.

Hey we can have our opinions. We are in a free country.

In other side, the Lakers did get beat by a better team. We just have to get better and we'll see next year.

Saying that would mean that we were better than the Spurs and they were just lucky that this only single shoot didn't went in. Don't agree. In this serie we were really a level under the Spurs, excepted in game 3. even after game 4 I was not really confident, even if we won it. Shaq was far from beeing Shaq and that made -in my opinion- a bigger diffrence than Fox's absence. Now to say that with Horry's 3pt we would have prevailed is a bit of disrespect for SA. THEY WERE BETTER THAN US (ouch it hurt to say that :freak2: ), they were better than us and far more than just a 3pt.

This series coulda gone either way if Horry's shot woulda have went in, but it didn't. Things happen for a reason, and the Lakers dynasty at a 3peat came to a hault. This means that we gotta start all over again, and continue to dominate. This elimination means that we can't win it each and every year, it just means that we're human. The players will continue to strive harder, and prepare themselves in this offseason for whats in store. They know how great it feels to be called champs and being on top for 3 years. Now they gotta just do it!
