Pass.

We don't need anymore 6 foot PG's. We have 4 of them on the roster as is and three of them are going to see time at SG. :man11:

I doubt the validity of this. We have so many guards as it is.

Probably just another case of using the Lakers name to draw interest.. Unless they found a taker for Nash it makes no sense to sign another PG unless it's a young prospect too good to pass up.

insert "lakers" to gain interest
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

Yes, that's what we need. A PG!

You know the drill. Every available FA no matter how obscure has to mention that the Lakers have "shown interest."

we need a 4. i think we have enough PG's. Nash Farmar Blake is enough. but in all honestly though were gonna have at least one injury at the 1 and then were kind of screwed. I wouldnt mind signing another PG but i would like to develop a younger player. I liked Darius Morris. He has potential and size and really made strides on defense and his corner 3. he still needs a alot of work but who better to learn from than Nash for another season or 2. but thats just my opinion bc i know were not winning now and would rather look to the future. Not that morris is the future but in a couple years could be a serviceable backup pg after years with Nash and Kobe.

i just think theres better options when it comes to helping the lakers build for the future and save $ doing so

im guessing you didnt see all the other games morris was running around the court like a chicken with his head cut off.

he doesnt have the mental strength to be in the NBA you can tell, hes uncomfortable, nervous and panics during games.

not to mention his jumper is really inconsistent and his stroke looks so stale

i mean we talkin about MORRIS?

Nash, Farmar and Blke are more then enough to take care of the PG position. Even with possible injuries and limited minutes for Nash. It's a really good rotation actually.

No need for another small PG. We need a legit SF or another PF.

Telfair is a gunner in more ways than one. Do no want. We have plenty of depth at the point for next season.

between nash blake farmar meeks and young, they can make do until kobe is back if not by the season opener. signing shawne williams adds a athletic 4 who under dantoni shot well from 3. i honestly think our roster is as good as it gets for us. beasely would be the only guy id want to sign just bc of how talented he is and our good it would be having him come off the bench and wreak havoc on opposing benches. but thats it. no more small guards.

Why? We don't need anymore short point guards who can't shoot and can't defend the best point guards in the league!
