thats great I really think they should take him hes good and hes a home town product he also has inside outside game how did you find this out and who is going to be working out with him
OMG, he's from MoVal?? That's like right around the corner from me... whoa!...
Nah but anyway from what I read he seems pretty good. I never seen him play before, but at least the Lakers are givin him a chance. He needs to improve on boxing out, and his rebounding skills, which I'm sure he can, with a lil' help.
From what I read, he does not seem to be a good fit for what the Lakers need. They need a guy who is aggressive on the glass and could help Shaq deffensivly in the low post. This guy sounds too offensive minded.
LOL!! Somalia Samake was so WACK!! So was that gap... Nah JK... But he really didn't do anything any way. I really hope Beasley does well, so the Lakers can get an idea of what they're lookin for in an actual player. He's young, and could use a lot of help on the low block, and on the boards. But it says he can't really jump, nor can he block in NBA standards.. JUMPSOLES!
I think he has the size and offensive ability and defense, box out can be developed, plus jumping ability is somewhat irrelevant (Karl Malone has a credit card verticle and he is the best PF of all time)...I say if we can get him with #32, we go for it...
I'm sure they are going to say the same old thing. "he had a nice workout"
I wouldn't blame them. If he did impressed the team why would they say it? It gives another team an opportunity to swipe the player away from our grasp. In other words they will "play it down". At least I hope they do. They'd be dumb if they didn't. Remember the incident last year with Qyntel Woods. So, MITCH.... hush up!!!
