1st post is a dead link.

I guess PJ was not too impressed by Mihm's last game. Oh well, I hope he gets healthy and can salvage the rest of his career.

More time for Dacos!

This is irresponsible ..on Mitch's part...we have lost a 3 pts shooter and defender and go nothing and we have traded Mihm for a second round pick..

So now our once deep bench is now weak as hell ..

Sasha

mebenga...

what the feezy?

Unless we are making a spot for a new player this is wreckless and may cost us a ring

LOL, the sky is falling, much?

Sorry, but trading Chris Mihm is not going to have any effect on whether we win a ring.

We gave up cash considerations. I don't understand what the point of this deal was.

The second rounder will be gone by 2013.

Addition by subtraction. We can sign ANY big man free agent and they'd be able to contribute as much as Mihm.

So, Phil was showcasing Mihm after all... to trade him for a... second round pick. In 4 years.

Nice.

Well, I guess you all wanted to see DJ play, so you'll get DJ. Happy?

Also, there will be no Luke+Mihm trade rumors anymore.

hmmm pretty useless trade if you ask me. Maybe hes trying to clear salary space to resign Ariza and Odom.

So, this doesn't make sense at all...

Well, his contract expires anyway. Do we need a 2nd rounder in 2013? Probably not.

Scouting Report on 2013 Conditional Pick:

-has great size and speed
-can finish with either hand
-a terrific outside shooter but needs work on a midrange game
-his quick lateral movement allows him to play terrific man-to-man defense
-high basketball IQ
-2012 all-pac10 1st team

anyone have youtube videos on this guy? personally, i think this trade was a steal!

I think they are higher on DJ playing backup to the backup role
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

So yeah... got rid of Smush, Cook, Gump, Mihm (although he's a good guy), Kwame.

Who's next?
