Sure was, I don't think I've ever seen him do that in a Lakers uniform.

This guy need to go. Throwing up ill-timed shots, doesn't run the offense.

Metta simply has to play D and shoot set shots. That's all. Why can't he realize that?

Metta is doing what is expected of him, Pau is the weaker link in my opinion because more is expected in which he doesn't deliver.

That open 3 in the corner. It's killing me. That was the game right there.

This guy is averaging SIX three points attempts a game ... a decent part of them isn't even the result of being left wide open by the opponent D

he does some really good things and then some really puzzling things. glad he only had 1TO this game, but dont like 8 3's. when your hot okay, but 2-8 isnt good at all.

He did play good D on parker and when he was on him Parker didnt do much. I think his 3's sometimes in rhythm are better than his set shots. sometimes hell just shoot a 3 that looks just like a 2 and it goes in and we dont thin much of it.

If Mitch can package Gasol and Ron for a legit PF and outside shooter it will stamp his ticket to the Hall of Fame.

Do it Mitch!

Not so entertained when throws up a three drifting to his left with plenty of time left on the shot clock.

After a while you come to realize that the curse is when he makes a couple of them and then he's got license to keep chucking the rest of the game.

Tonight, down the stretch he cost us...not just because he missed but because he wasted possessions with his dumb decisions.

You guys might not like him shooting that many 3s a game but really that's basically his role on this team. No room for him in the post so he needs to be a floor spacer. Unfortunately he's not very good so opponents are just sagging off him.

Catch 22. He's gotta shoot them because he's wide open and it's the flow of the offense. If he doesn't, you get a worse shot and/or a 3 second violation. But like you said, he's not good at them.

I have a solution: Ship his a@@ out.

He's been the biggest disappointment so far for me this season. After the good play at the end of last season and coming back this year in great shape, I expected to see a whole new Metta.

He has no court vision whatsoever, every time he dribbles someone will be open, but he literally is glued straight ahead or looking down at the ball.

And when did he think it was acceptable to get a rebound on the defensive end and just take off with it and bring up the court? I almost don't want him to get rebounds because I know he's just going to turn and take off with the ball and do God knows what with it.

I have thought this before and i still think it, Artest might cost us a championship. His role in this offense is to the hit the open 3 because no one gives a crap about his shooting and leaves him wide open. If he can't hit them consistently, he is hurting the team. I just cringe everytime he takes a 3. And what the heck is up with him blowing kisses to the crowd when he hits a 3? Are his standards this low now that everytime he hits a 3, he celebrates? :bang:

Can you guys imagine how much more dangerous our offense would be if we had a deadly spot up shooter to replace Artest?

No thanks, another guy bricking all his shots. I'd give the Wizards a call about Ariza though, not like they're doing anything this year.
In the real world, the day Steph awoke at 9 a.m. to begin his Ustream show, Kobe Bryant probably awoke at the same time, even if it was 6 a.m. in California, and lifted weights.
