Hopefully when his shot isn't falling we'll have others pick up the slack, similar to what Jamison/Meeks did during our last game.

RIght now, Millsap is down at 28.0%. He's having a bad start, but it's definitely going to go up. The stat doesn't mean much for Metta though. He attempts 0.8 a game. If he takes one midrange shot in the next game and misses it, he's off that list.

My problem was that he was picking up harden at half court on an iso. He is easily going to blow past you. It reminds me of the dreadful game 4 in the 2008 finals against boston when vujacic picked up allen at half court and got owned.
Every time I begin to ask, "Is he really as great as I think he is?" ...He proves that he is.
Every time I begin to wonder...He proves it...That is why I won't lose hope in him.
You know who I am talking about.

This. MWP's bball IQ isn't very high. He got in his own way tonight guarding Harden I thought. Back off a little bit, guard him by the 3pt line. Got blown by a number of times

he had an open lane and should have taken it to the rim on that last shot but he decided to shoot a fadeaway...probably bc he didnt know how much time he had left i assume.

He's been consistent with energy all season on both ends. He gives it is all on the court. For the most part, he's been shooting consistently. I can't complain with what he's given us...

Wow, I just saw that rebound with 3 seconds left. Are you kidding me???? He had Harden behind him. Why in the word did he fade away???? He goes us strong with his left hand, an easy layup, he probably gets fouled by harden and has a chane to win the game with an and-1. Wow. Instead he shot a Pau fade away wuss shot. No excuse for that. go up strong and finish or get fouled. wow.

wow. good defensive and rebounding game. 2nd half played better and within himself not forcing it.

also crazy he joins the ranks of Kobe with his 12k...etc. Reggie Miller, Kidd, Pierce, Kobe, Payton. that's a good list to join

Good rebounding, good defense, knocked down some 3's, good game. Congrats to him on joining that group of players with those numbers as well, he's had a very good career looking back.

Harden is 10-37 in 2 games against us. (7-18) and (3-19). I think MWP had something to do with that. :man12:

His minutes need to come down and also we dont have a decent backup SF on this team, Clark looks like a solid defender at SF/PF but useless on offense, Ebanks is just extremely inconsistent. We need a reliable backup in case MWP gets in foul trouble...we'll see what happens tomorrow when he goes up vs Durant

I think with bringing MWP minutes down a bit and bringing Ebanks up a bit it'll improve our team. MWP will get more rest and thus be able to go all out when hes on the floor. And as Ebanks plays more he'll get better, more under control, and learn the system better. Also his D will get better as he gets used to teamates around him etc. You cant teach youth and athleticism and the fact that hes a good defender imo.

Hope Ebanks gets more minutes backing up MWP and MWP's minutes go down a bit. I like Clark, but i think Ebanks has more to offer this team and if minutes are scarce id want them to Ebanks. Although Ebanks/Clark/Hill lineup would be interesting. Probably not amazing on D, but it'll have the most energy and hustle on D of any lineup we could put out there. Ebanks and Clark could switch on their man too

I want metta to take ebanks under his wing and help him out
