okay heres a short recap

Pargo - didnt play as good as people said, he missed a plentiful of shots and a possible game winner. Shooting was off, but he played as a PG.

Rush - played extremely well, improved from previous games, hit an awesome allstar game stype allyoop from cook (if u saw it u kno what im talkin about..it was sweet!). Made lots of shots, but still made rookie mistakes.

Walton - Played good overall game, made alot of good passes and a 3...saved us in the end with the freethrows. Although he had very good passes, he didnt get all the assists he deserved because idiots kept dropping passes.

Cook - Interesting player, shot too much, didnt use his size in the paint at all, dissapointing to see how he didnt use his advantages to help the team.
But he did get some good hustle plays and saved the game with a rebound that ended up to pargo which ended up to luke for the game.

Leon - Wasent that great

Pelle - Played really good for a no-name....like his style...hit some good shots and did alot of things

i didnt pay much attention to any1 else

try to watch the rest of the games every1...and if any1 is going to fridays game tell me...kuz im going

peace

Yea, I saw that lob that Cook gave Kareem... I loved that alley... I saw it on a recap on KCAL 9. Then they interviewed the Walton, Rush, and Pargo about how they feel about Malone and Payton... :jam2:

Rush played well as, and he is consistent with his scoring at the spl with 20 +pts each game, pargo seemed to force 1 on 1 ball a lot, he looked like he bulked up a little bit. Walton had a good game, he sealed the game with free throws.
I expect Kareem to play more minutes next year. I think if he has the sweetest jump shot on the lakers summer league team.
Todays minimum is yesterdays maximum!

I would say that it's better to buy them ahead of time, instead of buying them on the say, at the place. Cuz it's usually more expensive when u buy on tha day of the event, instead of plaing ahead of time...

I remember that Kareem said that he hopes to contribute too along with GP and Malone, and that he would like to play with them at the same time... That's all I remember from that, cuz I was tryin to tell mah family to shut up.... dayam....lol

your right KAREEM RUSH's "J" is looking real SWEET... this coming from one of his biggest critic.. myself...lol

This was probably PARGO's worst game in the summer and it had to come in a televised game... that sucks!!! .... anyways he will play better next time.

COOK was solid and so was WALTON... especially displaying his ability to concentrate during clutch situations. His court vision again was great and he handle the ball extremely well during FAST BREAKS!!

LEON SMITH had a SOLID game.... he had 10 points 6 rebounds and 1 steal. He even had a hustle play where he jumped over a scorers table to grab a loose ball. Most of the game however he was busy sagging his shorts.... lol

ABOUT the TICKETS QUESTION.... just buy your TICKET OVER AT THE PYRAMID... there is plenty to go around... the line is short....
its ONLY $10 for the whole day!!!!!

can I get a box score?
"Sitting in the house, I'm loadin' up the pump. I'm loadin' up the Uzi. I got a couple M-16s, a couple 9s. I got a couple joints with some silencers on them. I'm just loading clips, a couple grenades. I got a missile launcher with a couple of missiles. I'm ready for war." - Kevin Garnett

It will be really good long term to have young talent like Pargo/Rush/Cook/Walton playing behind Payton/Kobe/Malone/Shaq. I hope we get to see more of Rush's jump shot during the season. I wasn't so sure about Mitch's ability to draft after selecting Madsen in 2000, though it is still early he seems to have done a better job selecting these last 2 years.

I was looking at the stats from the first 2 summer games. It looks like Rush does have little bit of a turnover problem. Was Rush under more control in this last game?

Also, does anyone know why Slava is not on the Summer roster? Did he go back home to Europe again?

The reason why Kareem has a turnover problem is because he's playin the PG spot... He aint a great ball handler, and he should play the 2 spot... He's gettin more and more in rhythem, and I'm glad that ya'll are finally seein what me and Laker Brain have been seein for a minute now..
