Do I hear 82-0 anyone. lol. No really tho, I think they can win atleast 74 games if not more. Just depends on how fast they can learn to play with eachother.

82 would be nice but...impossible (I bet my underwear on this one, mark my words :man10: )

With Phil trying to rest the older players and hopefully letting the rookies and young players play (its not a done deal...), with Oneal and/or Kobe missing a couple of games as usual and with many new players having no experience with the triangle I would be happy with 65 and the first place.

in theory nothing is impossible although I don't see the Queens win a title within the next 10 years :man10:

Ok what is the best records? 32 in a row or something like that...that would make 50 more...even if the team stay healty, no way a sports team (elite) could win 82 games in a row. I bet my underwear already so I bet now my mother in low :man10: :man10: :man10:

No, it's not impossible. It's never been done before because it would be extremely difficult but I think given the right team it could be done. But I really don't see it happening. But if it does, I hope it goes a step further. I hope they go 82-0 in regualr season and 16-0 in the post season to win the championship.

If they can pull this off, they will no doubt be seen and remembered as the greatest team to ever play in the NBA>

I say they break the record and hit the 73 mark and go undefeated in the playoffs with Shaq once again taking MVP in the regular season and finals.

i think they can win a good 42 in a row before losing...

16 and 0 in the playoffs is not too much to ask for

greatest team ever? umm... maybe single season, but to me greatest team is more of an era...

thats a good question but I doubt Kobe won't play. Anyway I think with GP, KM and Oneal in better shape (hopefully) we still can be the best of the west in regular season. Maybe 62 wins. But without Kobe in playoff that would not be sweet :man6: The question is can we win the title without Kobe. I think yes.

cept for a dominant Shaq, the Lakers would be fine if any of the Fab 4 went down for a long period of time...

I think 73 is a lot to be a goal but it is possible depending on the Execution and Chemisty.

yea, we have to realize the bulss got 72 becuase of chemistry and execution, not becuase their team was the best 1-12... tho thats arguable too lol
