Looks like he has fairly poor eating habits and now that he's starting to get older its starting to show. And ofcourse that's not exactly the physique of a guy that's been going hard in the gym either.

Odom looks pudgy... This is contrary to reports that he was in SoCal whipping himself into playing shape after his release from Dallas.
Nor can the Lakers get blamed for always making the right decisions over decades. At some point its not just luck or "gamble", its superior management and superior ownership.

For anybody questioning his conditioning at this time of year remember that Sheed pretty much checked out/used the entire season(and i mean entire) as a training camp to be at his full form in the playoffs and Finals. Imagine if the Celtics would have won game 7 with Sheed playing the way he did.

Boy I will always love Lamar but

you can get the man out of the clippers but you can't get the clipper out of the man.

Lamar never had "it"...thats why he never scored 35 points in a game, why he never was the robin we wanted him to be and why his wheels are falling off on the wrong side of 30.
