I thought all Lakers tickets came from Ticketmaster. These tickets are on plain cardstock, there are no holograms on them at all. They have a picture of Fisher and Gasol on them with "NBA Champions" written on the right side in purple and the years of their championships on the left. The part that is sketchiest to me is that there are no ticket stubs on the bottom, only a bar code and section, row, and seat number then the face value of the ticket. The bar code has a 6 digit number above it and a 12 digit number below it. I thought all tickets had a stub on the bottom that could be torn off? The sides of each ticket are perforated and looked like they were all connected and just pulled apart. The back of the ticket is white with black writing that talks about the normal legal stuff and then there is some oval-shaped symbol at the bottom in black. It looks like a brand symbol but I'm not sure what. Also, my tickets have a sticky note on them that says "Stub" with a 5 digit number written underneath.

If anyone could help me out that would be great. I don't know if individual tickets and season tickets look different or since they are from ticketmaster if they are supposed to have "ticketmaster" written on them somewhere. The game is against the Mavericks in January 2010 but they are a gift and no where close to cheap so I want to make sure I have valid tickets before I get all the way to LA then get turned away at the entrance. Thanks to anyone who can give me advice!!

it's all scanned - as long as you have the barcode you're good.

I am season holder and am selling some laker tickets. I am currently selling 8 games (4 of them at cost others slightly higher). Tickets are sec 118, row K, 2 seats together. I've bought a pair of tickets before but they had pictures of only one player on them. Are these tickets fake? Not only that but is this game REALLY only Game 40 like it says on the ticket? This is the Lakers vs. Trailblazers on April 11, 2010. He's selling them for $285 which is reasonable, but are they fake overall? I need to get these fast! Help me out please, thanks ahead!

we get one of these post every couple of months from somebody trying to sell their tickets in a sneaky way. Why would anyone log onto a site for the first time to get advice from a bunch a people he doesn't know on what could amount to nearly 600 bucks? Simple answer is they wouldn't. Why not be honest instead of wasting peoples time?

Oh well I am sure a Mod will eventually find their way her to lock this thread.

It's not fake and I'm not trying to sell these tickets. I have gone to one lakers game with my significant other and he bought those tickets and these are a surprise for his birthday. I've never bought basketball game tickets on my own and if I'm going to spend a butt-load of money on them I'm going to go out to every source possible to found out without it being my boyfriend himself (seeing as they are suppose to be a surprise.) Trust me I've been going to EVERY SINGLE THING/PERSON possible to make sure these aren't fake because that would be a complete bust of a birthday. Call me naive but I'm hopeful that not all of humanity is corrupted just to help another person out.

Real tickets, not fake. Game 40 = 40th home game. $285 for the pair in the 200's section IS not a good deal. Hell, it's not even an OK deal. You'd be getting ripped off! You can do much much better.

Considering it's almost playoff time and againt Portland, face value is more like it (approx $180/pair). If you must get these, I wouldn't pay more than $200/pair.
