I understand Pau looked different in the Olympic games, but he still didn't look like the player we had from 2008-2010. He's a Center now more than ever. He's playing out of position here and here he's most certainly NOT the number one option as he is in Spain.
Plain and simple: he's not comfortable here anymore. He's not the guy, he's just A guy and that's tough for him to handle mentally I get that. I do. But it's time for him to man up.
That being said, just because he's mentally weak doesn't mean he isn't ALSO physically weak. The guy wasn't just not giving effort, but when he DID give effort, he COULDN'T do it. Remember getting blocked on a dunk attempt by... Glen f***ing Davis? The guy CAN'T get off the floor.
If we're stuck with this mentally broken Gasol, we need at least a mentally broken Gasol that can move effectively.
