I agree. This might be the first thing I've been pleased about regarding MDA. Good call by him. Tough luck Pau, but you brought it on yourself. Clark was the best thing we've had going in some time. Got to stick with him. Pau should come off the bench, bottom line. It's better for him and the team.

For big money deals yes, but for smaller contracts I'm guessing no.

Cry me a river, Pau. You're earning 19 mil/year, don't cry about being 'demoted' to the bench, at least you still get to play. I'm sure any one on CL would love to take your spot at a fraction of the price. :man1:

It's weird to think he might be traded soon. Seems inevitable, supposing some team wants him that is. He hasn't helped his stock lately, but I think scouts and coaches know he's still one of the more talented bigs in the league, and could still be an asset on most teams. Since he arrived until 2010-2011 season was a very special time in Lakers history that will be remembered fondly for many many years to come. It's hard to say he's one of the Laker all-time greats when there are so many, but he's always been a favorite of mine. I don't know what happened to him, but he just seems mentally and emotionally 'done' with basketball in a way, at least done with where he is in the league right now.

The team looked good with Pau out, yeah.

Thank God he´s no longer a starter, otherwise we would have gone for 70 points or something like that, something to be proud of.

The team have bigger problems than Pau, which by the way it´s a problem createad by this close minded coach, not getting Howard involved, Nash not running plays, Kobe ball hogging in pure Kwame-Atkins time, terrible team defense, confusing rotations and changing lineups...

This team is a mess, it looks like every man for himself right now.

Too bad Thibs isn't available. Second choice would be B Scott. Then Shaw. Any of these guys would be awesome.

As for Pau, I doubt he gets traded, since the seasons already a wash. We're better off starting him and hope that his stock rises by the end of the season.
