had timeouts and plenty of time. also had kobe cutting for a wide-open layup

Pau, I am sorry. I am your big fan... but I'm seriously disappointed. You're jacking up long 2s, you forget you can call timeout on the last shot, you don't jump anymore, you shoot that quasi-fadeaway and always end up on the floor. That's sad man. I don't know what else to say.

last year he had open midrange...now he shooted covered up corner 3...big differnce...
he got ball with 10 sec on and he shooted it with 4sec on the clock...he had 10 sec to make better decision...

I have made this to express my frustration with Pau for as long as he is with us this season. He woke up at the end of the game, but it was too little, too late.

He goes through stretches where he just doesnt look engaged. And then he'd grab a great rebound and go up weakly with the shot and miss...or grab a D Board and then sleep while it gets taken from his hands.

Its amazing how different he is from game 7 2010. That Pau would slap this version of Pau.

Other than the last shot, let's not forget he also grabbed a rebound late in game and got it stripped I believe leading to a basket for the spurs

and when he watched tony parker grab his own rebound and score a layup. He literally was waiting for the ball to come to him :bang:

Alright, I have calmed down from that stupid shot.

Let's wait until Pringle gets here and see if he improves in the new system. Afterall, he did played some good defense on Duncan and grabbed 10 rebounds. If even MDA can't fix him then...adios amigo.

Until then, let's wait and see.

I think so, if he had just scores a couple more baskets we could have won this game, 10 points on 30% FG just doesn't cut it.

I'm not blaming Pau, a lot of things contributed to the loss, but he can't be paid 19 million and play this poorly. He has no aggression, no desire to do anything other than shoot outside jumpers, it's just bad.
