so it's anywhere from 4th to 7th IMO.

For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

Nor can the Lakers get blamed for always making the right decisions over decades. At some point its not just luck or "gamble", its superior management and superior ownership.

Losses against teams like Orlando, Cleveland, Utah (twice), Dallas, Portland, etc will only feel worse as the playoffs and the threat of not making them approach

There are 8 teams in the west playoff picture right now, and that isn't including Denver or Houston(or us). We need to get our ish together real fast.

I'd rather the team struggle now then struggle later in the season. I have no doubt that we will make the playoffs.

Even if we don't have HC advantage coming in... It shouldn't matter cuz the team need to show that we can win road games.

Watch us miss the playoffs barely, luck out in the lottery, grab the #1 pick, and draft Andrew Wiggins. Hey, at least it would be better than going out in round 1 or 2. Wiggins can help us for the next 10 years.
