Man, that's like the 5th time I've been called out on it. I didn't realize it sounded so vague. What I meant was that I saw him either directly ahead, or behind Iverson. As in one spot ahead or behind. I kind of thought he might go into a scoring binge in the later part of the season.

What are you laughing at? How can you claim Kobe has 'passed' MJ if it takes him 4-5 more years to score the same amount of points, and his scoring average is like 5 points below? This would seem pretty obvious that Jordan was still the better scorer.

The point is, who asks what his point total is right after we lost? I guess that's the line I draw for Kobe. He's my favorite player, but if we lose, I don't care if he scored 50 points, it means jack.

Jesus Christ, you can't be serious. He's talking about passing MJ on the all time scoring list. No where does he mention points per game.

I'm a little sad I didn't get to witness him pass Parish, but rest at this point is more important than my personal gratifications... *sigh*

If Kobe played for 1 minute in the 4th, he would have had it. It was definitely close. At one point he was iced up, took off his ice to go back in, and then the bench guys opened the lead a little again. It easily could have been tonight.
