Keep in mind that Dallas has to play us in LA, but they also have to face MEM, CHI, IND, DEN, and they have to play in Portland as well. That's not an easy schedule.

We'll probably make the playoffs barring huge failure/injuries. But to me that's just a s***** consolation prize. It's going to be a terrible series for us most likely :man6:

I want to make the playoffs but I don't want to set myself up for a disaster. Once we're in anything is possible though

I'll say this if we lose tonight we're gonna miss the playoffs, its not just a 1 game thing...tonight is a winnable game against a team we have tormented, not to mention Dallas and Portland are hot on our heels. Even though we have a ton of home games left most are against really good teams so the schedule doesnt get any easier either. I'm starting to lose faith in D'Antoni you helped turn the ship around we were 17-25 at one point and we went up as much as 4 games over .500 last week and now you wanna throw a wrench into the whole thing by limiting Clark and giving a lot of important minutes to a guy who was the culprit for our 1st half struggles (Pau). Just mind boggling. He needs to make the change now instead of doing it too little too late, we cant afford to lose games.

Yeah, this 3 game s*** show kind of effed everything up. WTF Lakers? D'Antoni's inability to manage his personnel and motivate his team is clear as day...

They would lose even with Dragic, it's alright. Utah has to play POR, BKN, DEN, OKC, MEM, GSW... we'll see how many of those they can win. :man13:

@Mil - b2b
@Queens - Tough to play in Arco
Dal - They can finally smell the 8th seed
Mem - Loss
@LAC - Loss
NOH - Okay, we'll win finally
@Por - We never win at Rose Garden
GSW - Whomped us last meeting; won't be easy
SAS - #1 in the West
HOU - Tough game

I'm afraid our schedule isn't much easier than Utah's. We could easily go 1-9 if we fall asleep like we have been the last few games.

Based on our current level of play I wouldn't be surprised if we went 4-6 over that stretch and that pretty much means no playoffs.

If they don't go 7-3 at the least I'm afraid it's over.

I didn't see the game but checked the box score. Not for stats but for minutes played and rotation.

Jesus... 7-8 players deep? Really?! I want to blame Dantoni but I look at the roster and that's really all we have.
Losing Metta just made it unmistakably clear.

You can always count on the Clippers to suck, even when we needed them to win...they still can't do it against Dallas.

Tonight's games are looking pretty important. A win for us would help get us back on track and create a little space between us and Utah. Dallas plays tonight at home against Indy. If we lose however and they win, we will be only a half game up on Utah, and Dallas creeps up right behind us. Tough order tonight as we have not been able to get both games in back to back nights all year.

Yeah. Tonight's game is a must win, no question about it. Hopefully, Indy will do us a favor too. They are better then Dallas, but you never know in this league.

Well, in my projections, I had this game as a loss, along with the warriors game....so IF the Lakers win this game, that would mean they make up one of the bad losses we already had (against Washington)...then they'll need to win one of those april games that I have them losing (either @Clippers or @Por, as I have both of them as losses) to make up for the bad loss against Phoenix....

But knowing these Lakers...they will lose badly tonight...they have yet to take both games of a b2b ALL YEAR!!!!! The only game on 2nd night of a b2b I can think of where they WON was that miraculous comeback against the Hornets...other than that I think they have lost every single b2b game on that 2nd night, regardless of whether they won or lost the game on the first night of b2b.

Well, I didn't factor in Metta being out, and Pau being this bad on defense. He looks like he is nailed to the ground. Lay up drill out there. We need to trade Pau like 2 years ago.

This season is an unfixable mess due to injuries. We are back to playing at the level which we lost everything & against everyone. Season is done.

I tried to remain optimistic.. no need for that anymore. Be a miracle to keep 8th seed, it's clear the entire team has no idea how to close a game out.. Kobe looks like a tall drunken Iverson in the 4th quarters..

This coach sucks, so does everyone on the team catering to these horrific Kobe isolation plays. Run down the floor and Kobe runs to Nash for a hand off pass then faces up his defender and launches bricks. It's not just an issue that's eclipsed by his supporting great play anymore, it's become a major issue that's blowing leads and losing games.

Zero flow, zero momentum, zero plays. All these fools stand there watching Kobe stumble around whining for calls he never gets. Not working, duh. Instead of slowing the game with their offense, they get leads run down the floor and launch long jumpers.. converting to fast break points for the other team off the rebound.

This thing could very well come down to the last game of the season. Utah has its own share of injuries too, Enes Kanter has a dislocated shoulder
