In all honesty, I've seen more promise with a Nash/Sacre P&R combo in the pre-season than any other Nash/Big combo all season long. Who knows; maybe they'll surprise us.

I'm glad we have him on the roster or we'd be freakin screwed having our starting center, starting PF, and backup C/PF go down. That said, if we have to depend too much on guys like him to get wins, we're already screwed.

Yeah, dude can ROLL to the basket. Sad to say, he has more of a "traditional post game" than Dwight.

Not saying I'd rather have Sacre, just pointing out things he does that others don't.

It's his D that's gonna kill us though.....not an anchor.

I'm looking forward to seeing Sacre play as well, but, I think he'll foul out by halftime. Well, maybe that's an exaggeration but the dude picks up a ton of fouls.

Oh how cruel the basketball gods will be if he ends up scoring 28 pts on 12-18 FG, with 17 rebounds and 3 blocks. Or, that might be sweet. I dunno.

You're not a fan of the Lakers. Why are you talking bad about the Lakers so called Lakers fan? Yea ok you were supporting him when we were winning. And you call yourself a Lakers fan. :mad1:

wtf you want from me ? you say i am not a fan . you are one of the most haters here in the forum and you say i am not a fan. i only talk good about them when they are winning ? are you serious ? maybe you should call a doctor to check if everything is ok with you. i am one of few peoples outthere in the forum that said give the team time and saying to calm down . and now you are lying and saying i am not a fan ? you are fan boy and you waiting always that lakers espicially kobe has a not so good day to attack him. so don t call me out like that . i am a true fan . what i said bad in your eyes about sacre i mean it 100 percent . because it s true he is not more then a chearleader from the bench. i support the team 100 percent and i stick with it . i don t attack the team after a bad game. i don t post much [Swearing is not permitted at Clublakers. You must edit this post prior to submitting.] after a loss because most of the comments after a loss are absolutely unfair to the players from the lakers team .that s why i am not posting much after a loss. so better be quiet :mad1: :mad1: :mad1: don t call me out like that again if you don t know about me. i am 100 percent la lakers fan . you attack the team after losses and you cheerleading them after a win . but i stick with the team regardless if i am disappointed over a loss or excited over a win. again better call me not out like you did today mr. fanboy. :bang: :bang:

foul trouble. thats all i can say. he'll get called for so many fouls...phantom or real.

nash/kobe/metta/jamison/sacre

just let nash run wild. for this week let him just go nuts. get these guys a ton of open looks and not have to worry about "touches" in the post.

- James " I travel my way to the basket then dive into the bigs and get phantom calls" Harden ..

What's the record for quickest ejection for 6 fouls ?

:man10: he really is slow as hell, but he was always in the right spots where Nash could dish him the ball in the pre-season. I have faith that he will be big for us.

They're going to call all 6 fouls, both techs, and a Flagrant 2 all on one phantom foul, where Harden gets blocked and he kicks his feet out from under himself. The sentence is death.

Too much?

He was waived.

Right now we've got Jamison, Artest, Clark, and Sacre.

Boom.

If Sacre gets into foul trouble we basically become the Miami Heat. :man10:

Pretty much. But the dudes on the radio made this point: we have Nash and we have Kobe. Those two together should mean something right? Those two together should take any team to the playoffs...

Hopefully they play loose tonight. We've got the best roller on the roster again in Sacre :man10: so maybe Nash's pick and rolls actually amount to something today.

"I said yesterday Darius (Morris), but it’s probably more maybe 'Sacresanity' or 'Sacsanity' has to happen," D'Antoni said following Tuesday's shootaround in preparation for the Lakers game against the Rockets. The coach said Monday that "Morrisanity" could be coming around the corner but hedged a bit Tuesday because Sacre is definitely starting while D'Antoni has not decided, at least publicly, whether Morris or Antawn Jamison will be with the first five.

"We’ll see," D'Antoni said. "You know what? Couldn’t be a better guy that deserves it because he’s over there, he’s the most energetic, best guy on the bench that you can have. So, it couldn’t happen to a better person as it did to Lin, it couldn’t happen to a better person. We’ll see. He’s got an opportunity. We’ll see if it strikes twice."

He just did a pre-game interview. dude is such a stoner. lol :pipe:

On a serious note, they asked him what Coach D'Antoni told he he wanted him to do today, and Sacre didnt really have an answer. Almost like he honestly didnt know what D'Antoni expects from him.

No biggie, but I've also noticed that same hesitation to that same question from Pau and Dwight.

I just keep noticing these little things that make me feel like D'Antoni is completely disconnected from this team. Maybe I'm looking to much into things though because of a rough season.
