Should MDA be fired?

Should MDA be fired?

Yes, he ran Kobe to the ground. Coaches need to control the player's minutes.

No, its not his fault. He was just respecting Kobe's will.

Very Fired. To hear there were ZERO defensive adjustments even considered coming from the head coach confirms everything ever said about no D Dan. Go Go Go.....or oh hell whatever.... maybe I should use my big men close to the basket, but still could care less about working on the defensive side of the equation. Does anyone even know, serious question.... was it reported anywhere.... that at the very least he assigned one of the left over coaching staff to have Defense be his priority and to scout teams for that. Like Phil did with Rambis the last year? Did he? I haven't read it anywhere but suppose I could have missed it. Freaking "assign" someone if you are clueless, how lazy can you be or how stupid?????? :bang: :bang: :bang:

Please fire him. He's a fraud, not a coach. We need someone inspiring, someone charismatic, someone with a mind big enough for the Lakers.

Plese someone has to edit all those cringe-worthy D'antoni motivation talks together into one video to show how much of an idiot he is.

What are the chances he'll just "resign" like he did with the Knicks? No? :man6:

we need someone who actually coaches

not someone who tells his players the exact same thing the coach of a team of 8 year olds tells his players

Out of a cannon into the sun
I should get an assist for that. It's an intentional pass to oneself, so it's an assist. That way people can't say all I do is shoot.

Numbers Never Lie ‏@ESPN_Numbers 17m
Mike D'Antoni drops to 1-14 in the last 15 playoff games he's coached. According to our research, that is REALLY REALLY bad.

I'm not gonna put this series on him, because no coach living or brought back from the grave could have won this series with this roster, but he still sucks and needs to go.

Who else thinks Kobe came out (maybe) to yell defensive encouragement and "help" since Dwight was now gone and it was not going to come from the coaching staff?

Whoaa!!!! No hard feelings just my personal opinion and reaction to that sentence..... is HUGE "fail", twice in the same 15 words. Dwight needs a lot of work but not as badly as we sure could use him to build around going forward, when more healthy and closer to "old" Dwight. Who is our alternative and in same league with him on Defense? And as far as Dan.... YUK .... even worse. :disagree:

Hey.... opinions.... makes CL what it is.....

i don't like dwight period

he has regressed offensively since he took the magic to the finals
his post game is a joke. he doesn't have the 10 ft bank shot either. he just does runners across the paint. he has no back to the basket game and terrible footwork. he just fouled out in an elimination game. he's not a leader. he has a bad attitude. i can just go on and on about why he doesn't fit the lakers organization.

I want this chimp gone - like, yesterday, but haven't the powers that be already decreed that Antoni is coming back next year?

There's the real nightmare.

That's OK....with your crystal ball. Just like another certain someone early in the year was literally laughing at and mocking all of us that were going nuts over Potato and praying he would be canned. Was never going to happen, stupidest wishing on fans' part ever.

I'll ask again because it just seems incomprehensible to me that Dan didn't do it, if in fact he didn't do it. How irresponsible can he be and what the hell were all the other coaches that kept their jobs doing all effing year long????

Did anyone read anywhere, column, text, tweet, anything where it was stated that Dan appointed any of those coaches to handle the defensive strategies for each team and game and "scout" the upcoming teams? Like Phil did with Rambis?

Perfect time to fire him now after the swept has been completed.
