and thats gameover lakers. just too many injuries at the worst times all season. you cant overcome what theyve gone through just on the injury front. thats not mentioning coaching, egos, chemistry, media drama, etc.

wasnt gunna happen this year. next year will be better granted main core is healthy and we bring in some new faces

Blake is tough he'll play through it if it's something he can manage.

As far as next year, hopefully we make moves to get younger & healthier..

Blake has been injury prone since he arrived in L.A. He's had a renaissance in his career these last couple of months. We need his production for game 3 for us to have any chance at all.

He looked frustrated after it happened. I don't think it's going to be good news.

So...
Morris
Goudelock
Metta
Pau/Hill
Howard

Let's roll.

Why is Duhon in the dog house?

I thought he excelled under D'Antoni in New York and had a few decent games over the season.

Is he injured too? Anything would be better than watching Morris...

Actually Morris played a really solid game yesterday.

Duhon is just not that good. He's undersized, his defense isn't great, offensively his only weapon at this point is the 40 foot 3pointer. I'd rather see Morris.

Looked at username 4 times just to make sure :man12:

Please Blake be okay. You're the only dude with killer instinct left on this roster now that Nash is 30% of his former self.

Hey man for a second round pick who barely plays... He was solid defensively (whistled for some cheap fouls), shot 4/7 for 10 points (lead the bench) and chipped in a steal. Could have been worse.

by Sunday?

its like we're being punished

i remember back in the day when the 1st round was just warmups for us...we spent more time sizing up our 2nd and 3rd round matchups more than our actual opponent

Definitely expected this last night. Any time I hear tweaked/twinged/pain in hamstring, it's a sure bet to assume that player will be out.

Unless of course you are Steve Nash and get more epidurals than a woman going into labor.

Honestly I want him back next season. I LOVED what I saw from him this season and for 4 million dollars, he's good enough for me to want him around again next year.

The heart, the passion, the fire... The guy was a warrior for us. We should reward that.

Of we could NOT keep signing injury prone guys and go younger and more athletic. :man1:

It wouldn't be signing him, it'd be NOT trading him. :man10:

As long as we get someone a little more competent than Duhon or Morris behind them, I'm fine with bringing the Steves back.

Also we have to get some competent 2/3 type guys as well.
