This is one thing I hate about the +/- stat. If all things were equal, then it would be effective in measuring a player's impact on the game, but obviously things aren't equal, as Fish plays against the starters more time than not, while Blake is more likely to be matched with another team's second unit.

Blake's shot is one of the most odd things I've ever seen. It's right up there with Marion's and Noah's shot, except his is extremely reliable. I've never seen that before. I don't know who told him how to shoot like that, but I guess he should be coaching other kids too.
