Wtf Blake! Man this dude is injury prone like no other. 6-8 weeks!? Might as well say he'll be out the whole season and might be back by playoffs. ( if we even get there )

He sucks anyways...seriously, him and Duhon are both the same...dead weight.

But Duhon at least makes that one 3 he takes per game.

At least this year he got injured at the beginning of the year.

Sadly Duhon and Morris is still an upgrade to Fisher and Blake...

ugh of course! what's next?...Nash out too for longer needing surgery. if we want to win more games, other than bringing energy and intensity on both ends, we need a PG. I want to start Duhon and see how that goes, also play Meeks more with Kobe and Metta since Kobe should be playing PG anyways.

maybe bring in some more talent? delonte would be perfect other than lockeroom issues that I don't think he'll have on this team of vets

Not laughing at the injury, but just how bad of a signing this was. Randomly injury proned, underachieving PG FTL.

I still don't get why Delonte hasn't been given the call, we were interested in him during the summertime, let's rekindle the flame.

I'd take Delonte in a second over any other PG on our roster besides Nash...

Eh, he'll continue to get his millions to sit in street clothes, we'll be better off with Duhon. Blake has been terrible for multiple seasons now, I like Duhon more, makes the 1 or 2 threes he takes, doesn't do anything fancy, likable guy that just does his job.

There isn't much of a difference between Duhon and Blake, so I'm not worried about this at all. The worst part about this news is that we wont be able to trade him this season, but at least he'll be an expiring next season and we can get something decent in return.

I guess we have to keep rolling Morris out there, and give DJO a shot. Also play meeks at PG for a few minutes.

^ I'd really like to get West, he would be a great backup behind Nash. He can defend either guard position well and he is a scorer.

Pretty easy to me to understand:

Blake and the Lakers thought he could heal and recover without needing surgery, but when it didn't heal after several weeks more test for taken and a specialist looked at it and recommended surgery. The Lakers has always just hoped it would heal on its own, unfortunately it didn't.
