Turnovers were a huge part in loss #2 but I wouldn't think too much of it, offense looked a bit better but cmon, how often do we really win in Portland? We can beat the Clippers.

and those two teams dont stack up to the Clippers either, so however it is that we lost these 1st two games the mistakes would be even more glaring against a team like the Clippers, they have 2 guys (Crawford/Blosdoes) that can outscore our entire bench.

Nash actually isn't ruling out playing tomorrow, saying he's "hopeful" his leg will feel better, & noted he's an optimistic guy.

Whether Nash plays tomorrow or not, the good news is the leg confusion is nothing serious & won't bleed much into the season.

On the O, @Steve Nash said: "I'm not worried about myself." He thinks there are plenty of spots he can assert himself as season goes on.

The focus for Nash right now is - once his leg feels better - to figure out how to involve his teammates. It's his nature.

last stand wrote:if i'm right contusions are something that's just a pain threshold type deal. not saying nash should play because if the pain is too much he shouldn't but it's not a re-injury type thing either.
i think he plays. he's a warrior. but we'll see
