Steve Kerr tells @dpshow he had the same injury Steve Nash has and it sidelined him three weeks.

Makes sense. Nash is a warrior, but a fracture is serious business. Got to let that heal.

What is up with that Steve Nash banner. He looks like he had major plastic surgery to his face.

Nash will never fit in this year. Either through injury or the system. I feel bad for him...

Can't wait until Brown benches him because he doesn't have length and it's not like he can score 12-15 ppg.

He has to take his time and make sure he comes back at 100%. With the way Blake has been playing I'm sure we can hold down the fort till he gets better.

Is Mike Bresnahan about to be fired from the LA TImes?

Postby LiGhTiNTeHTuNNeL on Mon Nov 05, 2012 2:16 pm

So far the same diagnoses on Nash is that hes out for a week and Bresnahan is the only one whos saying 4 weeks according to a source.

If Nash returns in a week shouldn't he be fired from LA Times for bringing up something that never was true?

also shouldn't LA Times bring in a writer that doesn't party poop on every chance he gets when it comes to the Lakers?

Nash will be evaluated in one week to see how he's doing. That doesn't mean he's coming back in one week.

Blake is playing like a backup. Which is what we signed him to do. That's a good thing if he's coming off the bench. If he's starting, it's not so good. Especially for our 2nd unit now that Morris is in the rotation.

Nash should take as much time as he needs. This is a very long season and we're just at the beginning of it. No need to rush back and re-aggrivate the injury. Get healthy. In the mean time I would like to see the Lakers front office try sign Delonte West. Not sure if he has or will clear waivers, but if he does it's a no brainer to bring him in.

He's definitely not coming back in a week. Why do the Lakers even throw that BS out there?

4 weeks is more like it.

Honestly, I am fine with Blake as the starter. We weren't even using Nash optimally. Blake can do what Nash was being asked to do and play better defense while he's at it.

Our more serious immediate problem is backup point guard.

if blake can do this well at the starting point than nash should have no trouble no matter how much time he misses. and its not like hes gunna have trouble with pnr when we start using it. take your time getting back...dont need a lingering injury...need him 100%

Is it just me or is this starting to look like Malone and 2004 again......

Just you. The other guy we got in that was Payton. We don't have a Payton on this team.

We have a Dwight Howard who's been dominant.

I think Malone's injury was more serious, though I don't remember how many games he missed.
