If that report is true then it's fantastic news. If he plays I expect him to be rusty, not play a ton of minutes, but just seeing him on the court will be great. Best part to me is he already knows 'Antoni's system so it's not like he will look lost out there, he should immediately be comfortable, just physically rusty is all. Then again this is Steve Nash we're talking about, so he may look like he hasn't missed a game right away.

I think you got it backwards. More time = more certainty of playing
Before long, someone recognized Phil Jackson sitting in the front seat, and then the rocks began to fly. Revelers pelted the bus and shook it, mocking the Lakers at their lowest moment.

It was painful,” Lakers forward Pau Gasol(notes) said. “It is a feeling that I want to keep in my mind for every single minute that I’m out there playing them.

good news. i imagine he'll be super rusty and thus not entirely impactful, but i like him getting some run before the big xmas day game. even if 3/4 of them are not up to speed, it will be good to see the big 4 all together for the first time since the first half of the second game of the season.

Golden State is a very good team. We need all the help we can get. It's good to have him onboard, regardless of where he is physically.

I can't wait. Although I don't think he will look amazing. But he will obviously help. I'm curious to see the new rotation by MDA. Who will play more: Duhon or Morris? Will Morris play some 2? Will Jamison get a chance with Pau at the 5?

^I have a gut feeling that it's going to be Morris coming off the bench. Not Duhon.

WUT?!
Whyyyy

That doesn't make sense even if Nash wasn't coming back.. Duhon has been starting for a while now, and anyone with eyes can see Morris is among the worst and most inconsistent PGs in the league
